- Complete review of all plans and specifications for compliance with The Construction Codes Act, Building Code Regulations and Energy Code Regulations.
- Consultation meetings with designers, contractors, or owners as required.
- Plan Examination reports listing conditions for permit issuance.
- *New Service* In an effort to increase the productivity of our review process, we conduct a Project Intake Review of all submitted building permit applications. If there is information missing, then that information is requested immediately to reduce delays.
Inspection Service
- Includes all necessary on site inspections to determine if the construction complies with the approved plans and The Construction Codes Act, Building Code Regulations and Energy Code Regulations.
- Inspection reports issued after each on site inspection.
- Assist administrators, local building and fire officials in the administration and enforcement of provincial building and fire codes.
Consulting Services
MuniCode Services Ltd., provide Building & Fire Code consulting to owners, contractors, designers, Municipal, Provincial and Federal Governments in areas where MuniCode Services Ltd., is not the appointed Building Officials. Consulting services may include alternative and acceptable solutions to the National Building Code of Canada.
