Personnel - Wayne Meier

Wayne is a Class III Building Official with thorough knowledge of the National Building Code of Canada (NBC), the Uniform Building and Accessibility Standards Act (UBAS Act), The National Fire Code of Canada (NFC), and various standards. Wayne opened MuniCode Services Ltd. in 1994 after being the Building Official for the Province of Saskatchewan. Prior to his position with the Province, Wayne was a building official with the City of Saskatoon and a journeyman carpenter by trade.
